Auto Mechanic/Body Technician

A fast-growing independent dealership looking for an experienced Body Technician. Responsibilities: Body repairs (minor to moderate damage) Panel replacement & alignment Welding & fabrication (as needed) Priming, sanding, prep work Full and partial paint jobs Color matching & blending Bumper repair & refinishing Work closely with management on repair approvals Requirements: Proven experience in body work & automotive painting Strong prep and paint blending skills Welding experience required Ability to work independently Own basic tools (preferred) Reliable and detail-oriented Must maintain clean, professional workmanship We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can help us maintain dealership-quality standards at efficient turnaround times.
