You seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right and ethical for our guests.Benefits:$25-$40 hour (no flat rate)OEM Diagnostic Tools & Equipment provided401(k)Access to Industry-Leading Automotive Tech SupportASE Certification ReimbursementFamily-Oriented CulturePaid Vacation & Holidays (Closed Christmas through the New Year)Closed WeekendsFacility has climate control for both summer (A/C in shop) and winter (furnace controlled shop)Local Owner (10 years) Responsibilities:Continuously build your technician experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesAble to diagnose electrical issues and wiring problems including Can/Bus systemsWork as a team to troubleshoot and get to the root cause of customer concernsWork closely with Service to transparently communicate customer repair optionsFollow & promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and shop organizationQualifications:3+ years experience as an automotive technician/mechanicStrong desire of problem solvingA desire for long-term career developmentASE Certifications preferred, or plan to achieveProficiency in Windows-based computersCurrent driver's license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrierPhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computer
