What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.Role & ResponsibilitiesCreate, bake, and maintain pastry production items for our dining room, employee dining room, afternoon tea service, and caféHelp create sweet and savory pastry/dessert specials for our hotel facilitiesPlate tea orders in an accurate and tasteful way to ensure guest satisfactionEnsure cleanliness and sanitation of; baking and prep areas and baking equipmentCommunicates effectively with other departments to ensure guest and business needs are meKeep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisorAssist with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquetsOffer assistance to guests and teammates where neededAct as a utility player who can complete a variety of job dutiesOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & Qualifications1-2 years baking and pastry production experiencePatisserie/Culinary degree or training preferredAbility to accurately plan, cost, and manage food costs and controlsStrong work-ethic - Commitment to the team and guest is keyWilling and able to work alone or as part of a teamCommitted to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning and sanitizing standardsOrganized with a great eye for detailKind to others and always bring your bestA good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutionHelpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mileReady to have a fun and adventurous summer!The starting wage for this role is $21.00 / hourAbout UsWe're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
