Assistant Controller

Job title: Assistant Controller Location: Avon, OH Shift: 1 st (Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm) Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 a year based on experience Seeking an experienced accounting professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience. This role supports financial reporting, general ledger activity, and month/year-end close while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Responsibilities also include assisting with budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and providing support for AP/AR, banking, and audits. The ideal candidate has strong Excel and ERP skills-preferably with Infor SyteLine-and thrives in a detail-oriented manufacturing environment.
