The Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance supports compliance and regulatory activities by researching issues, gathering facts, tracking trends, preparing reports, and helping respond to internal and external requests. This role works closely with the compliance and regulatory managers and other internal teams to support timely, accurate, and well documented compliance work.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport research and review of compliance related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findingsAssist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agenciesSupport settlement intake requests and related research activitiesRespond to requests for information within area of responsibility from internal and external partnersMonitor compliance activities to help identify, track, and report trendsPrepare and maintain monthly reportingMaintain documentation, trackers, and other materials that support compliance activitiesPartner with the regulatory and compliance managers on projects, follow-up items, and ongoing departmental prioritiesMental Health Parity intake requests and related research activitiesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedThe ideal candidate should possess the following skills:Strong attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCritical thinking skillsEffective time management, organizational, and prioritization skillsAbility to learn business concepts, objectives, and processes quicklyAbility to collaborate effectively and professionally with internal and external partnersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments and deadlinesRequired Qualifications2+ years of insurance industry experience.2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external partners in a clear, accurate, and concise manner.Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.Strong MS Office skills.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of self-funded health plans and Third-Party Administrators.Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.Experience supporting reporting, trend analysis, or compliance documentation.EducationBachelor's degree or High School Diploma and equivalent experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
