Implementation Consultant (Project Manager) EHS Digital SolutionsJ.S. Held is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Project Manager) to lead the delivery of EHS and Environmental Management Information System (EMIS) implementations. This role is focused on managing and facilitating the deployment of leading EHS platforms such as Enablon (AQS / Metrics), Intelex, VelocityEHS, and similar systems.The position requires strong project management, business analysis, and stakeholder coordination skills, combined with a solid understanding of environmental compliance processes (e.g., air emissions), without requiring hands-on system configuration.Job ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & GovernanceLead and manage end-to-end implementation of EMIS and EHS digital solutionsOversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery governanceEnsure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual commitmentsStakeholder & Team CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional teams, including technical configurators, SMEs, and data specialistsDrive clear communication, alignment, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycleSolution Design & Implementation OversightGuide solution design by aligning business requirements with system capabilitiesProvide non-technical oversight of platform configurations (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, VelocityEHS)Validate deliverables to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with requirementsBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementLead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviewsTranslate business needs into structured functional specifications and implementation plansEnsure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycleData, Reporting & ComplianceOversee data integration processes, including migration and validationEnsure reporting outputs align with regulatory compliance and operational performance needsSupport implementation of reporting frameworks for environmental and EHS metricsTesting, Training & AdoptionLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and ensure resolution of defectsCoordinate training sessions and develop user enablement materialsDrive user adoption and change management initiativesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, IT, Business, or related field712+ years in EMIS, EHS systems, or enterprise software implementation rolesExperience managing end-to-end system implementationsExperience with Enablon, Intelex, VelocityEHS or similar platformsStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to translate business requirements into system solutionsWorking knowledge of environmental compliance processes (air emissions context)Excellent communication and organizational skillsPreferredExperience in Oil & Gas or industrial sectorsFamiliarity with Enablon AQS and Metrics modulesExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologiesCertifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Product OwnerPhysical and Mental QualificationsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead teams and influence stakeholdersAdditional InformationSome of the Benefits We Have IncludeJ.S.
