Data Analyst Intern

You’ll play a key role in strengthening data integrity, improving workflows, and supporting system enhancements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You’ll DoSupport the Development Operations team with data auditing, entry, and system improvementsBuild and maintain Smartsheet grids, reports, dashboards, and formsCreate and troubleshoot formulas, including cross-sheet references and nested logicAssist in launching new systems and implementing process updates across teamsIdentify data inconsistencies and backend issues, and help resolve themDevelop and manage automated workflows to improve efficiency and accuracyDesign dashboards that translate complex data into clear, user-friendly insightsEnsure data integrity through organization, version control, and consistent structureAttend internal meetings to support reporting and system-related initiativesWhat You’ll BringCurrently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience with Smartsheet is preferred, but not required; Advanced Excel skillsExperience or interest in working with backend systems and data structuresStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot issuesHigh attention to detail and a focus on data accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary starting at $22/hourFull-time, temporary internship (first week of June through end of August)On-site position – must be local to the Oregon / Madison areaMonday–Friday schedule with standard business hoursHands-on experience launching systems and improving real business processesOpportunity to build technical and analytical skills with real-world applicationsReady to put your data skills to work and make a real impact behind the scenes?
