Job Title: Program Manager IIILocation: Menlo Park, CA Onsite Duration: 6 MonthsNeed someone who is authorized to work independently without any sponsorship.Summary:The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.Required Skills5+ years of program/project management experience, including building and scaling complex programsDemonstrated experience managing senior external stakeholders, e.g., executives, senior faculty, institutional or clinical leaders, or equivalent high-status partnersTrack record of relationship-driven influence and partnership-building in an external, multi-institution contextProven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and design processes that scaleExcellent written, verbal, and presentational communication; credible engaging domain leaders one-on-oneNice-to-have SkillsExperience in academic relations, university partnerships, fellowship programs, or expert-community programs Familiarity with a regulated or specialized vertical (e.g., healthcare/clinical)Experience working with AI/ML research teams or in an AI research organizationTrack record of representing an organization externally at institutional eventsExperience standing up a new program from pilot to scaleAdvanced degree in a relevant field
