Our team values collaboration, community, and a passion for exceptional food and service. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Amarillo, TX. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, managing inventory, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and guest loyalty. The position demands an individual who can lead by example, resolve challenges effectively, and foster a positive work environment for a diverse team. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in team supervision, coaching, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.Hospitality and Customer Service: Strong ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns promptly.Financial Management: Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, profit and loss analysis, and achieving financial objectives.Operational Knowledge: Expertise in inventory management, vendor coordination, and adherence to health and safety regulations.Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.Flexibility and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.Cultural Awareness: Understanding and appreciation of Mexican cuisine and traditions is an advantage.
