Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience working with equipment and plumbing systems. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain pool and spa equipment in the field, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and service on residential pool and spa equipment Diagnose and repair issues with pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, and related systems Conduct field service visits to customer locations to inspect and resolve equipment problems Install or replace equipment and components when necessary Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and recommended repairs Follow all safety procedures while performing service and repair work Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment repair Plumbing or pool equipment experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage a service route Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver’s license required Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for training and advancement Company service vehicle and tools provided Supportive team environment Join our team and help keep our customers’ pools and spas running safely and efficiently while building a rewarding career in the pool industry.
