Job DescriptionWe are partnering with our client to identify a Transactional Business & Finance Associate Attorney to join its established practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney seeking to grow their practice while working closely with experienced partners on sophisticated business matters in a collaborative environment.Position: Transactional Business & Finance Associate Attorney (2-5 Years)About the RoleThis position offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and financial matters, including business transactions, entity structuring, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions.
