Our success is driven by our people, innovators who don't just solve problems but continuously improve how we work every day.WHAT YOU'LL DOWork directly from prints or assembly instructions to assemble low-volume and prototype projectsInsert electronic components by hand into printed circuit boards.Responsible for the accuracy of component placement and assembly of final product.Work with other assemblers to teach assembly and soldering techniques that will ensure quality and efficiency.Collaborate with teammates to share assembly and soldering techniques that support quality and efficiency.Communicate job status to team leadersPerform testing, packing, and related tasks requiring attention to detail and teamwork.Participate in continuous improvement and occasional overtime as neededWHAT YOU'LL BRINGTwo or more years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to read and understand verbal or written English instructions.Self-starter who collaborates effectively across teams.PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENTAbility to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.Ability to distinguish colors and work around standard production odors.Proper PPE required per ESI Safety Policy and OSHA standards.Periods of sitting and standing for extended time.Bending, reaching, and twisting during assembly and packing.WHY ESIAt ESI, we believe in growing our people.
