Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, excellent clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents' health status and responses to treatments Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal resident care Educate residents and their families on health-related issues and care practices Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations Participate in continuous quality improvement activities Qualifications: Valid and active RN license in the state of Colorado Current CPR certification Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care The Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehab is an equal opportunity employer.
