This individual spent decades serving others in a leadership role and now needs patient, respectful assistance as physical needs increase. The home environment requires a caregiver who can provide excellent hands-on care while preserving dignity, emotional comfort, and a sense of partnership.This is not a task-focused assignment. Success comes from building trust, providing reassurance, and creating a calm presence for both members of the household.Pay and benefits:Daily pay! Earned wage accessCompetitive pay!
