Optimizer Operator - 3rd Shift

We are seeking an Optimizer Operator responsible for reading and understanding orders, including specifications for materials, sizes, and dimensions used in cutting, punching, and assembly processes.Key duties include inspecting work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance, understanding quality process sheets, and actively participating in process improvements.This role requires the ability to read a tape measure, maintain accuracy in a repetitive, fast-paced environment, and work well within a team. Adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage is essential, along with maintaining a clean work area.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, good math skills, and attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills are vital for success in this role.Key responsibilities also involve identifying glass types and variations, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and supporting continuous process improvement efforts.
