Controller

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, and conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Establish financial benchmarks across the organization to drive performance and efficiency. Streamline financial procedures and processes to enhance productivity and ensure effective cost management. Perform comprehensive P&L and tax forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial management. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor an accounting team effectively. Proficient in developing and maintaining budgets and conducting variance analysis. Expertise in creating and implementing financial benchmarks and performance metrics. Strong skills in streamlining financial procedures and cost management. Experience in P&L and tax forecasting.
