We accomplish these goals - and more through our compassionate team of individuals who strive every day to provide the best care and services our community needs.Your Role as an RN at CKVAs a RN, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:Coordinating, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to maintain the resident's highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.Assessing residents for condition changes, administering medications and completing required documentation thoroughly and accurately in an electronic care tracker.Supervising and monitoring the delivery of care by CNAs according to resident care plans.Monitoring dining activities to identify concerns or changes in resident's needs.Interacting with families and visitors and accompanying physicians on rounds.Education and ExperienceMust be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.Post-licensure experience preferred but not required.Must demonstrate CPR competencies.Evidence of continuing education in line with community, state and federal regulations.Must possess quality mindedness, critical thinking, initiative in leadership responsibilities, interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills.Join Our Work FamilyAs a team member at Cross Keys Village, you will be provided with many benefits such as a positive work environment and comprehensive training opportunities.
