This isn't a task-tracker role, it's the connective tissue between strategy and execution. You'll drive cross-functional programs across Sales, RevOps, Enablement, Product, and Finance, making sure the right work ships on time and the org isn't flying blind between planning cycles.If you're someone who runs toward ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and won't let a project stall because no one claimed the next step—this is your seat.Here's what you'll doOwn and drive the RevOps program portfolio end-to-end—GTM launches, system rollouts, process changes, enablement initiatives—from scoping through deliveryBuild and maintain the cross-functional operating cadence: stakeholder syncs, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation pathsPartner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, Finance, and Product to translate strategic priorities into structured workstreams with clear owners and timelinesIdentify process gaps, bottlenecks, and misalignment across GTM functions—then fix them, not just flag themStand up lightweight frameworks for intake, prioritization, and capacity planning so the team isn't constantly reactiveKeep leadership informed with tight status reporting—progress, risks, decisions needed—without turning everything into a deckHere's what we're looking for5+ years of experience in program management, RevOps, sales operations, or GTM operationsProven ability to run multi-workstream programs across technical and non-technical stakeholders without positional authorityStrong organizational instincts—you build trackers, timelines, and accountability structures that people actually useComfortable in Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and SQL is a plusSharp communicator—you write clear briefs, run efficient meetings, and know when to escalate vs. absorbBias toward action and ownership—you don't wait for perfect information to move things forwardBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent operational experience works tooApplications for this role will be accepted through August 7th, 2026 or until the role is filled. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
