Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMT
Applies the use of Radionuclides and Radiopharmaceuticals to perform Diagnostic and Therapeutic Nuclear Medicine/PET CT procedures under the direction of a qualified Physician, Chief, and/or Senior Technologist. Performs all activities according to Federal, State, Local, Hospital Policies and Regulations. Operates Imaging Equipment to produce Diagnostic Images of Specific Body Parts. Must Have Skills: Trained in venipuncture, familiarity with EPIC, Siemens PET/CT, Client General Nuclear Medicine software, Spectrum Dynamics DSPECT for Nuclear Cardiology. Licensure/certifications required: - Licensed by the State of Massachusetts Radiation Control Board. - Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear). - And/Or: Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board. - Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT), preferred. - CPR Certified.
