Half of it is Chief of Staff: owning the CEO's calendar, communications, and priorities across Kaas Consulting, Kaas Financial Solutions, a private foundation, and a growing portfolio of AI initiatives. The other half is Integrator: you see the whole board, you connect the dots between people and systems and moving parts, and you make sure nothing falls apart in the gap between what gets decided and what actually gets done.You will not be handed a playbook. If it sounds like exactly the kind of problem you've been waiting to sink your teeth into, keep reading.What You'll DoOwn the CEO's time — calendar, inbox, priorities, and everything that tries to eat themKeep staff, vendors, and outside professionals accountable to deadlines and to each otherRun projects and workflows in Asana; build and maintain documentation in OneDrive and TrainualHandle case flow operations: correspondence, document prep, follow-ups — whatever keeps cases movingDraft communications and materials in the CEO's voice, with the discretion those communications requireCoordinate across affiliated entities — flag problems early, bring solutions, not just status updatesSupport marketing, events, office operations, and whatever else the business needs that weekWho This Is ForThe credentials matter less than the wiring. We're looking for someone who:Operates well in ambiguity and builds structure rather than waiting for itHas a chief of staff, senior ops, or comparable background — professional services experience a genuine plusCommunicates with warmth and precision at every level, in every directionIs genuinely enthusiastic about AI tools — we run a paperless, tech-forward office and that's not changingCan be trusted with sensitive client and financial information without being reminded why it mattersThinks like an owner, runs like an operator, and does not watch the clockSpeaks Spanish — a real plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary depending on experience and scope, plus healthy performance-based bonuses tied to company results.
