Your work ensures continuity of care, scientific integrity, and outstanding service for our partners nationwide.This position reports directly to the Site and Logistics Managers. You will work closely with team leads, warehouse coordinators, customer service, operations, and professional services teams to support the effective movement of materials and inventory accuracy across the network.RESPONSIBILITIESOperating a company-owned vehicle to pick up and deliver sensitive biological materialsPlanning efficient routes to maximize time and equipment useProviding exceptional customer service during every interactionFollowing all safety, legal, and security protocols to the highest standardMonitoring vehicle condition and reporting maintenance needsRepresenting Trans Ova with a professional, polished imageSupporting other logistics and operations duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredPrevious delivery, logistics, or customer-facing experience is a plusEffective verbal and written communication abilities and excellent customer serviceDemonstrated ability to drive and adapt to changes in the dynamic environmentExcellent time management to meet critical deadlines in the fast-paced industryAbility to sit and drive for long periods of timeAbility to lift 50 lbsSpecific vision abilities include close, distance and peripheral vision and the ability to focusAbout Us
