You will lead and work alongside a small team, providing actionable insights from client performance data and optimizing provider performance in prospective bundles and other value-based care (VBC) programs. As the Client Performance Director, you will articulate a vision for success that improves performance using insightful data analysis and enhances relationships with executives, client contacts, and cross-functional teams while implementing high-quality bundle programs.Roles & ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and internal advocate for a book of clients, which includes some of our largest accountsDevelop and execute growth plans for clients that outline their critical success factors, track progress, and mitigate potential issues.Lead cross-functional Account Teams for each client to achieve account growth plans and contractual SLAs and KPIsFacilitate regular, executive-level meetings focusing on clients’ needs, organizational goals and objectives, and expansion opportunities.Identify business needs for growth, productivity improvement, and client experience improvement opportunities.Formalize and drive best practice initiatives internally and externally via standard processes, SOPs & playbooks.Utilize dashboards and other performance tools to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and achieve KPIs and SLAs for the program.Communicate insightful stories and information from client data to cross-functional teams and client executives.Build a highly successful team of Client Performance Managers reporting to this position through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example. Job Location: Hybrid Remote in our office in Houston, TXRequired Experience / Qualifications5+ years of experience leading teams in a customer-facing capacity (e.g., Account Management, Client Success, Sales)Healthcare experience, especially with Value-Based Care and payment methodologies.A bachelor's degree in a related field.Prior management experienceAbility to analyze and review data to develop a story and reportProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Maintain a professional, businesslike image to clients, visitors, internal staff, and the public.Excellent interpersonal and observational skills.Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Self-motivated and team-oriented.Willing to travel 10% to 20%; if not in Houston, may travel up to 50%Currently eligible to work in the USA without an employment visa, except for those with a TN visaPreferences – Not RequiredExperience with provider economics/analytics.Knowledge of claims processing, managed care plan benefits, and utilization management policies and procedures.
