Senior Account Executive (Life Science Advertising Sales)
The Senior Account Executive will help drive revenue growth across FluoroFinder’s B2B portfolio, with a focus on advertising, data, and technology solutions for companies serving the flow cytometry, fluorescence, antibody, and broader life sciences research markets.This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and shaping creative solutions in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated by the opportunity to help influence the direction of a growing business.We are looking for someone who can grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and work closely with customers and internal teams to expand FluoroFinder’s footprint in the life sciences ecosystem.Responsibilities & QualificationsOwn and grow a portfolio of customer and partner accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue, bookings, and account growth targets.Develop account plans that expand adoption of FluoroFinder’s advertising, data, and technology solutions.Identify new opportunities with existing customers and prospective partners in the life sciences market.Build trusted relationships with marketing, product, commercial, executive, and scientific stakeholders.Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account support.Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to shape customer-focused solutions and bring market feedback into business planning.Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and account updates.Share insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and opportunities within the antibody, reagent, flow cytometry, and fluorescence application markets.Bring initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurial energy to a small team where you can help test new approaches, shape offerings, and influence FluoroFinder’s B2B growth strategy.Bachelor’s degree required; biology, life sciences, or related scientific background preferred.5+ years of experience in business development, account management, sales, partnerships, or related commercial roles, preferably in life sciences, biotech, scientific publishing, research tools, reagents, SaaS, advertising, sponsorships, data, or technology solutions.Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, organization, and pipeline-management skills.Comfortable working in a startup or growth-stage environment where priorities evolve, initiative is valued, and creative problem-solving directly impacts company success.Why Join Us?Make a direct impact on the advancement of cancer research, immunology, and other critical scientific fields by helping researchers and life sciences companies connect more effectively.Join a fast-growing SaaS business where your ideas matter and where you will have room to shape solutions, improve processes, and influence how the business grows.Work in a creative, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative, collaboration, and practical innovation.Partner with a passionate team focused on improving scientific workflows and supporting the broader research community.Enjoy competitive benefits, including medical coverage, retirement plan with matching contributions, paid holidays, and vacation.Work flexibly in a hybrid role, with some in-office collaboration at our Broomfield, Colorado headquarters.Position Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid - onsite collaboration a few days per month.
