Field/Travel Support Specialist
Work Location: South Dakota/ Northwest IowaDuration: 6-12 months with possible conversion to Full-time**Travel -- up to 60%, when not traveling you will be remote/WFH Job Description & Responsibilities :Offer technical support and troubleshooting, addressing user inquiries and issues efficiently.Utilize Zoho Desk or similar systems to track and document support requests.Collaborate with a team to identify and implement solutions for technical problems specific to softwareAssist in the maintenance and administration of network systems, encompassing LAN and firewall configurations, tailored for Software operations.Communicate effectively with users, providing clear instructions and guidance for technical issues pertaining to the software.Perform software troubleshooting and provide remote assistance when necessary.Travel to customer locations for on-site troubleshooting and installations.Requirements:1+ Year prior experience in technical support within an IT environmentStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including desktop support, operating systems, and software troubleshooting.Familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking and managing support requests.Understanding of LAN configurations and firewall settings.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with usersAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to operation of grain storage and handling facilities.
