This role plays a critical part in new client startups, ongoing operations, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Director of Operations to support new customer clinical and technical startupsInterface directly with client administrators, physicians, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, equipment vendors, physicists, and CDL sales and management teams to ensure successful implementationEnsure smooth clinical operations of Cardiac PET systems and maintain ongoing technologist competencyProvide physician training on the technical and clinical aspects of Cardiac PETEnsure all client personnel adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety standardsCollaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Project Managers on all assigned accountsOversee ongoing operations of Cardiac PET laboratories to ensure efficiency and staff confidence with all processesSupport objectives related to patient care, personnel and equipment management, quality assurance, in-service education, new client startups, customer satisfaction, and radiation safetyServe as a staff technologist for CDL PET and Hybrid accounts as neededProvide regular updates on progress and issues to customers, management, and operations teams on a weekly, monthly, and as-requested basisDeliver ongoing clinical and technical training, including onboarding of new client employeesConduct routine site visits to ensure technologist and physician satisfactionMaintain strict confidentiality of CDL business and patient informationAssist with training and mentoring of new employees and coworkersUphold CDL’s core objective of delivering the best appropriate patient carePerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsAssociate degree in Nuclear Medicine required; Bachelor’s degree preferredBoard certification through NMTCB and/or ARRTMinimum of four years of Cardiac PET Nuclear Medicine experience with CT certificationDemonstrated ability to improve work processes and complete complex projectsStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical training skillsProfessionalism and composure when handling conflict, emergencies, and changeWillingness to travel as needed to support new customer startups, including laboratory setup, technologist training, allied health training, physician training, applications training, and clinical workflow educationWhat CDL Nuclear Technologies OffersCDL Nuclear Technologies is a well-established national organization committed to investing in the long-term growth of its employees.
