Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Duties - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements - Conduct data analysis using tools such as Python, R, and Power BI - Design and implement databases to store and retrieve business data - Create visual representations of data flows and processes using Visio - Assist in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions - Utilize Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement Skills - Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages - Knowledge of database design principles - Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets - Familiarity with server technologies and linked data concepts - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $86,897.03 - $104,650.19 per year Benefits: Visa sponsorship Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: SQL: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: North Chicago, IL 60064: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
