We offer a clear roadmap to success, complete with proven models, systems, tools, coaching, training, and accountability to help you thrive.This key position is ideal for someone eager to be the backbone of a high-achieving team, managing all aspects except lead generation, allowing our partner agents to concentrate fully on fieldwork.Compensation StructureThis position is commission-based, paid directly from the team lead’s commissions, typically earning 15% of the commission on transactions you help facilitate and close.ResponsibilitiesManage the team lead’s daily schedule and oversee the team calendar to ensure efficient time allocation. Organize and promptly respond to all correspondence directed to the team lead. Reconcile expenses accurately and prepare detailed expense reports for review. Delegate recurring tasks from the team lead to enable focus on revenue-generating activities. Prepare comprehensive listing presentations and comparative market analyses (CMAs). Provide support to partner agents throughout the listing and transaction processes, ensuring smooth operations. Coordinate all logistical aspects of listings, including signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials, either directly or by assigning appropriate team members. Utilize real estate licensure and MLS access to perform agent-specific duties that non-licensed assistants are not authorized to execute. Professionally manage incoming phone calls and welcome visitors to the office. Address client inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail promptly. Prepare and execute all marketing mailings in a timely manner. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and software to support daily operations.
