Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales effectiveness strategy aligned with revenue goals
Design and deliver scalable enablement programs for onboarding and ongoing training
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure adoption of enablement tools and resources
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning & development
Proven ability to design and implement scalable training programs
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Experience using data to inform strategy and measure effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across teams
