General NotesDell Medical School is seeking an RN Nurse ManagerPurposeThe RN Nurse Manager oversees the daily operations of a clinical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role manages nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and implements policies and procedures. Minimum of 5 year(s) of nursing experience in a clinical setting and 2 year(s) of supervisory experience. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration with at least 7 year(s) of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
