If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a talented and experienced Consulting Assembler to join our dynamic team for the 2nd shift. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of blueprints, data entry, safety protocols, and screw machines.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Assembling parts and components according to blueprints and technical drawings.
2. Conducting quality inspections to ensure assembled products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
3. Performing data entry tasks, including logging assembly processes, product specifications, and quality control results.
4. Operating screw machines and other assembly equipment, while adhering to safety protocols.
5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize assembly processes.
6. Providing expert advice and recommendations on assembly procedures, quality control methods, and safety protocols.
7. Troubleshooting assembly issues and implementing effective solutions.
8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience with data entry, safety protocols, quality inspections, and screw machines.
3. Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
4. Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
7. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to implement changes.
8. Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle small parts and tools.
9. A high school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or degree in a related field is a plus.
