It addresses operational challenges by providing structured back-office program support that promotes efficiency, accuracy, and successful program execution.About the OpportunityThe ICAM Program Analyst supports back-office operations within a program management office by coordinating program activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. This role helps program leadership maintain visibility into goals, timelines, priorities, deliverables, and compliance requirements while streamlining workflows and ensuring accurate program reporting.Responsibilities• Prepare and organize program management materials and documentation.• Coordinate and maintain agendas, meeting notes, trackers, logs, and other program documentation.• Ensure consistent documentation standards across program teams.• Support program leadership by maintaining awareness of goals, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.• Coordinate meeting artifacts and track action items through completion.• Assist with developing briefing, planning, and presentation materials.• Maintain communication artifacts and support collaborative information sharing.• Identify and resolve administrative or workflow issues affecting program coordination.• Track contract deliverables and compliance documentation.• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for program personnel.• Finalize and deliver monthly and quarterly status reports to customers.• Support tracking and compliance of required government training.• Assist with special projects and other program activities as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an additional 4 years of relevant experience.• Active Secret security clearance.• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis.• Experience supporting programs in complex technical environments.• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.• Ability to consolidate technical and functional information into clear, accurate documentation.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency with collaboration and project-tracking tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.• High attention to detail and strong commitment to documentation accuracy.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Likely salary range of $72,250–$97,750, subject to factors including experience and location.Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.• 401(k) plan with company match.• Paid parental leave.• Flexible work arrangements, including a fully remote option.• Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and personal leave.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
