We offer solutions to tomorrow's challenges. We are seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to support our compliance and operations initiatives. This role will focus on software project management, documentation for compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related frameworks) and assisting with project logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Job Purpose & ResponsibilitiesCompliance Documentation & Support Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other compliance audits. Collaborate with internal teams to gather evidence, track compliance requirements, and update records. Maintain version control of policies, procedures, and audit-related documents. Support the development of project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and compliance checklists. Project & Logistics Support Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and audits (scheduling, agenda preparation, follow-up). Support project tracking by maintaining action item lists, project plans, and timelines. Assist in resource coordination, including tracking deliverables and dependencies across teams. Provide administrative and logistical support for compliance training sessions and internal reviews. Assist with physical logistics, including handling equipment and materials; must be able to lift and carry weights of up to 50 lbs as needed. Minimum QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Proficient fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation, reporting, and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment, devices, or materials for logistics support. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other IT governance frameworks. Knowledge of AWS Cloud platforms and basic cloud architecture concepts. Exposure to Android environments and mobile application workflows. Experience with collaboration and project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TestRail. Basic understanding of information security and risk management concepts. Interest in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Specific Professional Skills/CompetenciesProductivity & Documentation Tools: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace Project Management & Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Trello, Asana Cloud & Development Environments: AWS Cloud (basic knowledge), Android (exposure to mobile application workflows) Compliance & Security: Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, information security, and risk management concepts Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks What You'll GainHands-on experience with compliance frameworks and exposure to audit preparation. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $25.00 - $30.00 hourly is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
