We work closely with both public and private sector partners in Korea and the U.S. to strengthen global trade and innovation networks.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute online and offline marketing initiativesConduct market research and draft industry/market trend reportsSupport startup and business networking eventsAssist with business development and outreach activities for Korean HQ executives visiting the U.S.Respond to 1:1 inquiries from Korean SMEs expanding to the U.S.Organize and manage seminars, forums, and roundtablesProvide general administrative support and assistance for SME programsPreferred QualificationsEducation:(Priority 1) Business / Economics(Priority 2) Marketing(Priority 3) Other relevant fieldsExperience:2+ years of experience in research, marketing, or business developmentExperience working with Korean companies, trade organizations, or public-sector projects preferredEntry-level candidates with relevant majors are also encouraged to applyLanguage Skills:Professional fluency in Korean and English (bilingual required)Strong written and verbal communication in both languagesTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, WordFamiliarity with Hangul Word Processor (HWP) preferredCompensation & BenefitsAnnual Salary: Up to $55,000 (based on qualifications & experience)Note: 3-month probation period with 80% of full salaryBenefits:Health InsuranceCommuter Benefit ($250/month)Gym Membership Support ($70/month)Birthday Gift ($170/year)Professional Development Support ($500/year)Miscellaneous Allowance ($300/year)Additional InformationVisa Sponsorship:Entry-level candidates may be considered for visa/green card sponsorshipLegal fees for visa will be borne by the employee, but administrative support (documents, processing) may be provided
