Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.EMR EpicSkills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.Additional Skill Telemetry Experience.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this Facility in the past 6 months.Additional Confirmations IV insertions and maintenance experience is required.Additional Confirmations Telemetry monitoring experience is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
