Job Description We are seeking an Asst Plant Manager in our SC location to join our team! You will Assist our Plant Manager oversee the activities of a team of production workersResponsibilities:Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teamsAssist Plant Manager with the overall operations of the Plant to include Production, warehouse and office Staff.Establish and Monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.Inventory ControlInspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctionsAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresAssist Plant Manager in monitoring and controlling operation hours and operating supplies.Manage manufacturing CostsProvide an example of good leadership, keep open and effective lines of communicationCommitted to ongoing personal developmentQualifications:Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fieldsMinimum 10yrs years in Metal stamping and FabricationKnowledge of metal Stamping production tools and equipmentStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHindi language is a plusSAP experience preferredExperience in Program Management a plusCompany DescriptionJayco ManufacturingWebsite: www.jaycomfg.comCompany DescriptionJayco Manufacturing Website: www.jaycomfg.com
