Logistics Coordinator Corporate OperationsWe are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support corporate logistics and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and carriers to ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while supporting broader business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple business unitsServe as a point of contact between corporate teams, carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliersTrack shipments, manage delivery timelines, and proactively resolve exceptions or delaysMaintain accurate logistics documentation, reports, and KPIs for corporate leadershipSupport budgeting, invoicing, and freight cost analysisEnsure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, and internal policiesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiencyQualifications2+ years of experience in corporate logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordinationStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience working with ERP, TMS, or logistics management systemsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally in a corporate environmentBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferredWork EnvironmentCorporate office or hybrid settingFast-paced, deadline-driven environment with cross-functional exposurePay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Brady Herber Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
