As a Senior Consulting Manager at Reinrock, you will own client outcomes end-to-end -- scope, cost, schedule, contracts, resources, change, risk -- and the strategic decisions in between.ABOUT REINROCKReinrock is a woman-owned boutique construction consulting firm. You will lead engagements end-to-end, engage directly with senior client stakeholders on strategic decisions and risk escalations, and mentor the next layer of consultants behind you.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead complex portfolio, project, or program engagements with full accountability for scope, cost, schedule, contracts, resources, change, risk, and client outcomesEngage senior client stakeholders on strategic project decisions and risk escalationsDrive work plan, schedule, and budget development; ensure quality of deliverablesEstablish quality governance, processes, and systems across the project/program lifecyclePerform data management and analytics; prepare formal status reports; manage change control and risk processesTrain, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level consultants; contribute to firm capability building and recruitingLead business development, proposals, scoping, growth opportunities, and own existing client relationships while developing new onesWHAT YOU'LL BRINGB.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience (advanced degree, PMP, or relevant industry certifications preferred)10+ years in project management, project controls, program management, or construction/utility consulting, with a track record leading capital project workStrong leadership and the ability to build relationships with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with experience in data management and reporting visualizationExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information to executive audiencesWorking knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel; Excel VBA, Python, or R strongly preferredProficiency with AI productivity and agentic tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar), with thoughtful judgment about responsible useCOMPENSATION$140,000–$205,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.BENEFITSMedical, Dental, and Vision stipend from day oneHome-office and cell-phone allowances2 weeks paid time off9 paid holidaysHybrid schedule, Bay Area-anchored
