With strong enterprise traction, tier-one investors, and an exceptional founding team, they are now scaling their enterprise sales team.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact Enterprise AE role focused on closing complex, high-value deals within large healthcare systems.You'll own the full sales cycle. Engaging C-level stakeholders across clinical, operational and technical teams and play a key role in driving adoption of AI across one of the most critical industries globally.What You'll Be DoingOwning full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close and expansionSelling into large health systems (IDNs, academic and regional providers)Managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles (5–6+ months)Building ROI-led, consultative business cases for senior stakeholdersNavigating procurement, legal, compliance and data governance processesPartnering cross-functionally with product, engineering and customer teamsDriving expansion and long-term value within existing accountsMust-haves4–7 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales with enterprise exposureProven track record of $1M+ quota attainment or closing high six- to seven-figure dealsExperience managing complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrong consultative selling approach with C-level executivesBackground in AI, analytics, SaaS, deep tech or healthcare is highly advantageousConsistent top performer (e.g. promotions, quota overachievement, President's Club)Skills & AttributesHighly commercial and comfortable owning full-cycle enterprise salesStrong communicator with the ability to build credibility quicklyLow ego, high ownership, team-first mentalityHighly organised with strong pipeline and deal management disciplineThrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environmentsAdditional DetailsHybrid: 3 days/week in-office$150K–$170K base + uncapped commission (50/50 split)
