*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Deburring Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and safety requirements. Your expertise will help maintain the high precision and finish of our products, supporting efficient production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to a dynamic fabrication environment. *Responsibilities* * Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined parts * Perform visual and tactile inspection of parts for defects * Use hand tools, grinders, files, sanders, and other finishing equipment * Maintain part integrity while meeting dimensional and cosmetic requirements * Follow job documentation, prints, and finishing standards * Work closely with machinists and quality to resolve issues * Maintain a clean and organized workspace *Experience* * Experience in deburring, finishing, or manufacturing preferred * Ability to read basic prints and understand part features * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity * Ability to work independently and maintain pace *What We’re Looking For* * Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in clean, accurate work * Someone who understands that *this role impacts final quality* * Reliable and consistent performance Pay: $22.00 - $30.10 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Experience: * deburring: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Ipswich, MA 01938 (Required) Work Location: In person
