We’re hiring for a Sales & Business Development Director with a fast-growing space and geospatial intelligence company, focused on expanding and deepening engagement across the NRO.This is a mission-driven role for someone who already understands the customer environment and knows how to grow accounts from the inside. You’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth, strengthening long-term relationships, and expanding footprint beyond existing programs.If you’re a proven national security BD leader with deep NRO experience and a passion for space and GEOINT missions, this is a rare opportunity to make a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead account expansion and pipeline growth across NRO and adjacent DoD and IC customersBuild and deepen trusted relationships with technical, mission, and leadership stakeholdersDrive outbound and relationship-led business development to expand beyond existing programsWork closely with internal BD and sales teams aligned to the same customer baseRepresent the company at trade shows, briefings, and industry events across the regionOperate as a senior commercial partner within a highly embedded national security environmentKey RequirementsProven sales or business development experience in national security, aerospace, or advanced technologyDirect experience selling into NRO, with strong understanding of GEOINT tasking, mission operations, and/or Mission Ground Enterprise environmentsProven ability to grow and expand existing government accountsConfident engaging senior technical and mission-focused customersExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM toolsWillingness to travel extensively within the regionUS citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearanceThis is a high-impact opportunity to own and grow one of the most critical customer sets in the national security space and geospatial intelligence ecosystem.
