Industrial/Operations Engineer - E2

Overview In this role you help optimize production operations at Santa Barbara Focalplane by applying industrial engineering methods to improve capacity, efficiency, and throughput. You will partner with cross-functional teams to model systems, develop standards, and visualize performance while leading continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work on simulation, factory layouts, MES development, and Lean Six Sigma to support mission-critical manufacturing.
