Currently, we are seeking a friendly, self-motivated candidate to fill the role of Digital Retail Customer Specialist, who are often the first contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle online. The qualified candidate will be expected to:Establish contact with online shoppers utilizing phone, text and e-mail communication methodsDiscover shopper's objectives, wants and needs through constructive qualifying engagementBe a value-added resource to the customer by providing them with vehicle and pricing information, support and alternative suggestions that meet their needs.Schedule appointments for the customer to visit the showroom to experience the vehicle in person and to finalize the purchaseBuild vehicle value by demonstrating to the customer expert level knowledge of differentiating features and benefits for each model in the lineup.Close sales and work with the Finance Manager to provide a world class vehicle deliveryFollow up with the customer periodically after the sale to ensure their complete satisfaction and to network for additional sales opportunities.BenefitsThis isn't just a job - it's a career.
