HR Manager – Manufacturing | Delaware, OH AreaMy client, a global leader in food packaging with a 220+ employee operation, is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support and strengthen their manufacturing site in the Delaware, OH area.This is a highly visible, hands-on HR role, very much out on the floor versus behind a desk. The focus is on coaching front-line leaders, owning employee relations end-to-end, and helping drive consistency, accountability, and culture across the operation. They are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being in the middle of the day-to-day operations.What We're Looking For• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or operational environment• Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, floor-driven setting• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience• Demonstrated ability to influence front-line leaders and drive accountability• Highly organized with strong execution skillsWhat Success Looks Like• Strong, visible HR presence on the floor with high trust from employees and leaders• Improved leadership effectiveness at the supervisor level• Faster, more consistent resolution of employee issues• Disciplined execution of HR processes with minimal errors or gaps• A more accountable, engaged, and stable workforceNon-Negotiables• Must be comfortable working in a production environment daily• Must be willing to address issues directly and hold leaders accountable• Must operate with a high level of organization and follow-through• Bachelor's degree required
