This role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.What You’ll DoSupport attorneys with litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discoveryManage case files, conduct legal research, and track case progressPrepare and summarize discovery, including records, depositions, and responsesCoordinate witnesses, experts, and trial preparation activitiesAttend trials and assist attorneys as neededCollaborate with internal partners to execute litigation strategyCommunicate with parties, witnesses, and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycleMinimum QualificationsParalegal degree or certificationThree (3) years of paralegal experience, including first-party property experienceOR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience
