Are you a motivated, proven sales professional looking to make a real difference while building a six-figure career? We’re looking for high-energy closers who are ready to run the full sales cycle — from generating interest to signing contracts — in the fast-growing solar industry.
This is a performance-based W-2 position with a competitive base, commissions, and benefits. Realistic compensation: $100k–$200k+ annually for those who hit and exceed targets.
About the Role
We’re hiring a full-cycle solar sales closer. You’ll be responsible for:
Prospecting and generating your own pipeline (10+ self-generated appointments held per month).
Running homeowner consultations and presenting solar solutions confidently.
Closing a minimum of 6 new sales per month.
Managing your schedule and appointments using Monday.com, Calendly, SalesRabbit, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), and Open Solar.
Following all compliance rules for door-to-door, home shows, and canvassing with professionalism.
High performers will also receive company-provided leads and supplemental appointments.

Requirements (Hit the Ground Running)
2–3 years of successful high-ticket, in-home sales experience (solar experience is a plus, but not required).
Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proven high closing ratios in past roles.
Comfortable with rejection and the grind — door knocking, cold calling, and events are part of the job.
Financial literacy to confidently explain financing, ROI, and utility savings.
Strong presentation skills — able to run homeowner consultations solo.
Availability for evenings and Saturdays (prime homeowner hours).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Schedule
Monday through Saturday (flexible scheduling, but homeowner-facing time is non-negotiable).
