Job Title: Senior Program ManagerLocation: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Client: Fortune 100 Telecom ClientDuration: Long term Contract About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support a Fortune 100 telecom client’s Service Delivery Platform (SDP) Evolution initiative. This high-impact role is embedded within the client’s Shared Services PMO and will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs focused on modernizing technology platforms, streamlining operations, and accelerating delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, excels in stakeholder engagement, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Prior experience with this client is strongly preferred due to the unique pace and culture of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic programs under the SDP Evolution initiative, driving platform modernization, standardization, compliance, and system decommissioningCollaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Director-level stakeholders to align execution with business goalsManage complex dependencies across multiple teams and functionsDevelop and maintain RACi charts, program artifacts, and delivery roadmapsIdentify and proactively resolve roadblocks and delivery impedimentsEnsure consistent communication and reporting across all levels of the organizationRequired QualificationsMinimum 6 years of program/project management experience, including large-scale, cross-functional initiativesBachelor’s degree requiredPMP certification highly preferred; Agile/CSM/SAFe certifications are a plusPrior experience with the Fortune 100 telecom client strongly preferredProficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to operate independently, drive outcomes, and influence senior stakeholdersDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
