Front of House Manager
```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional front of house manager to join our team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. ```Responsibilities```
- preforming all duties of host, bartender and server when needed
- manage front of house staff including cutting when necessary and managing labor costs
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash transactions using the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
-Open and close the restaurant accordingly
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with restaurant technology, such as POS systems (Toast and Toast Tables)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
