Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Soccer Trainer. The Assistant Soccer Trainer will assist in developing training programs, coaching athletes on skills and techniques, and supporting overall physical and technical development. Daily tasks include planning sessions, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring athletes meet their training goals. Collaboration with other trainers to monitor progress and create a positive training environment will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in Sports Coaching and Physical Education to guide athletes effectively in training sessionsKnowledge or background in soccer and other related sports, such as Baseball, to enhance skill versatilityStrong Communication and Teaching skills to convey instructions clearly and motivate athletesAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when neededProactive, organized, and passionate about athlete developmentBachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is a plusCertifications in coaching or training are beneficial
