Technical Product Analyst (AI/ML)

It is an exciting time to join Fisher Investments! We are expanding our Generative AI capabilities to support our international growth. We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst who can help us with our AI R&D.The Opportunity:The Technical Product Analyst (AI/ML), works in the office and accelerates the research and development of new Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, project management, analysis and administration relating to AI research and development. You will report to the Group Vice President - Technology.The Day-to-Day:Product Strategy & Market Research Analyze market trends and conduct competitive research for AI products and technologiesSupport prioritization and roadmap planning for AI R&D initiativesEvaluate latest AI technologies and assess their applicability to current research initiativesAI R&D Program Management Lead and manage AI R&D initiatives from concept through deliveryTrack project progress and maintain performance metrics and reportingFoster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvementBusiness & Technical Translate complex AI capabilities into business requirements and product featuresDefine and document requirements, user stories, and process flowsBe the bridge between research teams, engineering, and business stakeholdersAI Platform & Systems Operations Support deployment, configuration, and management of AI/ML platforms and toolsManage user access, permissions, and platform governanceProvide technical support and training to AI teams and our usersSupport data management and analysis required for AI model developmentGovernance & Collaboration Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting AI initiativesEnsure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulationsExperience with AI/ML concepts, technologies, and development lifecycleExperience managing or supporting AI/ML projects in R&D environmentsTranslate complex technical concepts for non-technical partnersExperience with modern AI platforms and development toolsYour QualificationsExperience with AI/ML concepts, technologies, and development lifecycleExperience managing or supporting AI/ML projects in R&D environmentsTranslate complex technical concepts for non-technical partnersExperience with modern AI platforms and development toolsBachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience requiredPreferred Skills:Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesTroubleshoot Complex systems and network issuesHands-on experience with NVIDIA AI-Q frameworks and architectures is a strong plusWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
