Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Ensure a secure and fun space for children while following all safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Interactive Play: Lead creative play activities that keep children engaged and entertained. Build Relationships: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, ensuring peace of mind and a great overall experience. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with your team to maintain the Kids Play Area, ensuring it is always inviting, clean, and safe. Required Availability: We’re looking for someone with flexibility who can work the following shifts: Monday: 3:00 pm to 9:15 pm Tuesday: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm Wednesday: 3:00 pm to 9:15 pm What You’ll Need: Commitment to Safety: You’re dedicated to providing a safe environment for all. Strong Communication: You communicate well with children, parents, and your team members. Flexibility & Adaptability: You can seamlessly transition between tasks and stay resilient during busy periods. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or working with children is a plus, but not required. Bilingual Skills: English is essential; Spanish is a plus! Footwear: Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided). Age & Work Authorization: You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable Transportation: Getting to work on time is key! Physical Requirements: Endurance: Stand, walk, and move around for long periods. Strength & Agility: Easily lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs as needed. Adaptability: Comfortable working in various temperatures and environments. Flexibility: Able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and twist throughout the day. Balance: Maintain stability while navigating stairs and active environments. Dexterity: Efficiently handle and manipulate objects. Clear Communication: Deliver clear instructions, even in a bustling environment. Sharp Eyes: Keep everything safe and sound with keen attention to detail. Hearing: Ability to hear children, alarms, and other important sounds in a busy environment.
